Commercial & General Insurance Brokers is licenced in accordance with Federal legislation and regulation as administered by Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC). We operate under A.F.S. licence Number 241196. The Company is: A principal member of the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA). A member of the Council of Queensland Insurance Brokers (CQIB) A member of the Steadfast Group Limited Commercial & General Insurance Brokers also subscribes and adheres to the General Insurance Brokers' Code of Practice and Insurance Brokers' Disputes Limited (IBDL). The IBDL is approved by ASIC as an external dispute resolution facility for general insurance brokers.
