From our beginning in 1983, Commercial and General Insurance Brokers has adopted a policy of satisfying the insurance needs of all our clients by delivering a superior level of service and advice.

Every person in the organisation is conscious of the quality and reliability of the advice given by the company. Our belief is that quality begins first with and analysis of a client’s needs and their exposures to loss and continues through every phase of our operations; it also comes from the level of skill and accuracy of the Account Brokers who perform these analyses.

In an industry dealing with intangibles such as insurance, expertise, experience and the level of service provided to clients are the criteria by which clients should judge Commercial and General Insurance Brokers. We now employ more than 15 people whose qualifications, experience and knowledge are our greatest asset.

 The company has continued to grow in every year of its operation, to become a major, independently owned insurance broker, permanently based in Queensland and a member of the one of the largest insurance broking groups in Australia, Steadfast Group Limited.
